easy access helpful staff convenient check-in clean room
The location provided easy access to transportation and shops. The staff was kind and helpful . Check-in was convenient with a streamlined process. The room was clean, and the bed offered good comfort.
The sink in the bathroom was a bit small for comfortably washing.

central location comfortable bed easy check in unavailable staff basic tv extra parking cost
the location were close to the city center. the self check in and check out were simple. the room have good size and the beds are comfortable to sleep in.
the staff isnt always available on site. i see parking is mention but street parking costs extra. the tv seems basic. i wasnt able to stream my services.

convenient location coffee facilities smooth check-in
The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to the train station. my room had tea and coffee facilities, so i could make a drink whenever i wanted. the pin code system made check-in and check-out really smooth and easy (no keys to worry about!).
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could hear noise from other rooms sometimes.

the hotel has a top location near the railway and the city centre, so it is easy to get around. it is situated behind a stadium in a quiet area, but is still close to many attractions.

this accommodation provides complimentary tea, coffee, and milk, a very welcome convenience. the code system offered streamlined access, and i found helpful assistance readily available when needed (reception is open 24/7).

though the hotel doesn't have a full restaurant, the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch. also, the hotel is located near many restaurants and cafes if you are willing to go out.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service
room upgrade spacious room
I received a complimentary room upgrade, a spacious room indeed. The staff stored my luggage before check-in. I appreciated this. The room had a beautiful river view, a pleasant stay.
The shower was hard to adjust. I could not regulate the water temperature easily. This made showering uncomfortable.

The staff responded quickly to questions. I received assistance with my luggage. They also gave me space to store my suitcases prior to checking into my room. Staff was helpful.

Coffee was available in the entrance area. This area provided complimentary coffee. My room had a nice river view with a stadium. The beds were large. I found them comfortable.
